Engineering - Course - Principles Of Petroleum Geology

This course provides a strong knowledge for the geological characteristics of the Earth and sedimentary rock fill of depositional basins. It also covers the fundamental principles of petroleum geology, different settings in which accumulations of conventional oil and gas are found, fundamentals of source rock, migration, faults, reservoir, trap studies, and mapping. Pre-req.: GEOL201, MCHE201.
