Dentistry - Course - Practice Management

This course aims at teaching the management techniques for succeeding a dental practice from a business perspective. Students and graduates, as well as any dental or administrative assistant working in the dental office find answers to questions of crucial importance related to starting an office, succeeding already running ones. Topics include: oral and written communication, records management, appointment control, billing and financing modalities of dental care, accounting procedures and bookkeeping, supply and inventory control, dental leadership and team, social marketing and sales forecasting, professional and taxation regulations, legal and ethical principles, staffing policies and procedures, establishing a business plan for the growth of the practice, and the health and dental system in Lebanon.
