Course Description
The aim of the course is to provide qualified practitioners with a comprehensive understanding, experience and advanced practical skills in prosthodontics and appreciate how this inter-relates with other restorative skills. In addition, to develop the knowledge and skills to plan, treat, and maintain a range of straight forward partially and fully edentulous patients using dental implants, covering basic theories, patient selection, types and components of implants. The topics also include clinical prosthodontic management of the implant patient, abutment selection impression.
Students will treat variety of patients under the close guidance of the division professors.
