Dentistry - Course - Craniofacial Growth & Development of Dentition

The topics covered are focused primarily on craniofacial growth and development from birth to adolescence including the development of dentition and occlusion. The purpose of the course is to acquaint the student with the scientific literature that supports current knowledge and understanding of the basic biologic principles that explain human growth and development from a clinical perspective. Growth prediction and its application to clinical situations will be discussed.
