The objective of the course is to provide students with an advanced level of econometrics models and techniques, emphasizing regression analysis. The course will look into the regression analysis and the common problems that are faced applied researchers along with potential corrections to these problems. The course focuses on applied econometrics related to panel data models and time series models. At the end of the course, students should have solid knowledge of statistics for empirical investigations to manipulate data, conduct a research project and critically evaluate econometric and other statistical evidence.
