Course Description

The objective of this course is for students to learn how economic theories can be used to understand and analyze the utilization of environmental and natural resource in construction industry. Through completion of this course, students will better understand how economic forces influence the behavior of both building users and construction team, and relatively affects the utilization of natural resources.
