Abstract
Abstract. This study analyzed the impact of employee development and organizational culture on perceived hotel reputation, employee engagement, employee turnover intentions, and the moderating effect of value attachment. The data was gathered from 189 hotel employees in Lebanon, and path analysis with AMOS23 software was used. The findings indicated that organizational culture significantly influences how a hotel's reputation is perceived.
