Mohammed Al Saleh
Assistant Professor of Computer Science
Dr. Mohammed Al Saleh is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Beirut Arab University. He completed his undergraduate studies in computer science at the same university, and later earned a master’s degree through a joint program between the Lebanese University and Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University in France. He received his PhD in computer science from the University of Paris-Saclay.
Over the years, he has taken part in several international conferences and workshops focused on computer security in the nuclear sector, representing Lebanon in various technical discussions, coferences, workshops, and collaborations. He is currently a member of the international IPPAS team, where he contributes as a computer security expert to support cybersecurity efforts in radioactive and nuclear facilities.
At Beirut Arab University, Mohammed teaches a range of undergraduate courses, including Computer Security, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Networking, and Web Programming. He is also involved in teaching graduate-level courses such as Advanced Cryptography and Data Security.
His research interests include topics in computer security, particularly Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), security in Internet of Things (IoT) environments, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in security applications.
