Maher Jneid

Associate Professor of Pure Mathematics


Maher Jneid received his Ph.D. in Mathematics in 2014 from Eastern Mediterranean University-Turkey, and M.Sc. in Mathematics and Image Processing in 2010 from the University of Lebanese. He obtained his B.Sc. in pure Mathematics from Lebanese University in 2008. He is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Beirut Arab University. He worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science Eastern Mediterranean University from 2012 to 2014.

Research

Research Interests

The research interests of Maher Jneid include the area of control theory, differential equations, fractional differential equations and linear and semilinear systems. He has done research in partial complete controllability of semilinear control systems
