During the annual visit to the MIM museum at USJ, Petroleum Engineering students witnessed Lebanese fossils and minerals from all over the world and they acquired important information and details about the geology of Lebanon and the geologic history of this country as well. The importance of this visit was to get closer to the theoretical parts in geology courses in a practical manner. This visit was a fruitful collaboration between the SPE BAU Student Chapter and the Fourth year petroleum engineering students under the supervision of Dr. Rami Harkouss, Chairperson of the Chemical and Petroleum Eng. Dpt. and Eng. Hussein Ghorayeb, Coordinator of the geology courses.
