A comprehensive view of the structural properties of DNA and RNA that promote molecular interactions and biological function. Topics include the physical properties of nucleic acids, the formation and biological importance of higher order structures, RNA enzymatic activities, nucleic acid-protein interactions, and RNA metabolism.
