Course Description

This course introduces the key principles in management, organization, and leadership. The purpose of this subject is to introduce students to the basic elements of business management as a method of organizing the workplace. This subject introduces the basic theories and concepts concerning firstly, the functions of management in business organizations, and secondly, the study of organizational behavior and its implications for managing organizations. Students will critically assess the relationship between strategy and the core management activities such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
