Biography

Hani El Shaarani received his PhD in Financial Management in 2009 from the University of Bordeaux in France and a Master Degree in Management from IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises)- Bordeaux in France. He obtained in 2003 a Master degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lebanese University in Beirut. He received in 2001 a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Lebanese University in Tripoli.

My research interests are in the areas of Financial Market, Corporate Finance, Financial Market Behaviors, Corporate governance and Family Firms management.
