Mohamad Hijazi is a Lecturer at faculty of Pharmacy, Beirut Arab University since 2014.
He received his B.S. in Pharmacy in 2007 from BAU with high distinction and honours. Based on his academic excellence, he was granted a master degree scholarship from BAU in pharmaceutical sciences in 2010. 
Mohamad joined the faculty in 2007 as teaching assistant in pharmaceutical science department, and as community pharmacy preceptor in the pharmacy practise department. He used to work as supervisor on Pharmacy Care Line at multinational pharmaceutical company for 7 years. 
Based on his diversified experience in different pharmaceutical fields, Mohamad has competitive marketing, selling, communication, and presentation skills.
He participated and published in several international conferences and journals related to phytochemistry and medicinal plants. As a Ph.D candidate, he is currently working on isolation and identification of new medicinally active compounds from natural origin that can serve as curative agents.

- Designing and preparing the laboratory manuals for the following courses: Natural Therapies I & II,  Modern Isolation and Separation Techniques, and Quality Control of Phytopharmaceuticals   
-    Teaching assistant and laboratory instructor for the following courses: Phtochemistry, Quality Control of Phytopharmaceuticals, Modern Isolation and Separation Techniques, Natural Therapies, Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry
