Required Documents

1.  Two photocopies of the High School Certificate or its equivalent, one of which must be authenticated by the relevant authorities.

2.  An original and a photocopy of the single Civil Status Record plus a photocopy of the family Civil Status Record (for Lebanese applicants only).

3.  Birth Certificate and a photocopy of passport (for non-Lebanese applicants only).

4.  Two recent passport size photos endorsed by the relevant authorities.

5.  Lebanese students benefiting from any of the below listed health insurance funds must provide documented evidence of their benefit as indicated.

In the absence of health insurance coverage from the above listed institutions, students must pay the yearly National Social Security fee.
