Our EP Club is involved in many initiatives to conserve the environment through campaigns and workshops both locally and internationally. Our members launched many awareness campaigns such as the recycling campaign, and "CARLA – Cars Are Risk to Lebanon Avoid" campaign that encourages students to use public transport. Moreover, we were the founders of the all inclusive Lebanese Universities Environmental Club.
Participated in:
- The 7th Environmental Conference held by the Organization of Arab Union for Youth and Environment at the Arab League in Cairo in 2008.
- The «climate change and water resources» conference, which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt 2009.
- Participated in the camp, which focuses on biological diversity under the auspices of the United Nations (Department of Environmental Affairs) in the area of Hurghada in Egypt 2010.
- Participated in the opening of the 2nd Arab Universities Youth Forum 2010, who focused on promoting the participation of small and medium enterprises in the implementation of renewable environmental energy projects.
- The club was part of the Big Blue campaign that took place in June. It’s aim is to clean up the shores of Lebanon from north to south.
