10/06/2011 :Within the framework of globalization and expansion in
the academic field, and in its attempt to develop and enrich its
libraries, Beirut Arab University joined the Lebanese Academic Library
Consortium on June 10th, 2011. Collaboration and support represent the
headlines of the agreement between the two institutions concerning all
libraries in BAU's campuses in Beirut, Debbieh and Tripoli. Read More

20/12/2010 : The Environmental Protection
Club/ Student's Activities Division, and in collaboration with Arc-en-Ciel
association launched the campaign "Bi Ghata Minnak Bit Ghati Mi7taj.",
on Monday 20th December 2010. The project aims at raising environmental
awareness by encouraging people to sort and recycle plastic lids. All
money raised from this initiative will be used to fund wheelchairs for

concert was held by Ahmad Kaabour for the fiftieth memorial of the Lebanese Poet
Omar El Zeinni. The concert was entitled “Ahmad Kaabour Sings Omar Zeinnie” and

Political Sciences organized a conference entitled “The Role of the Judge in
Litigation: Unity of Purpose and Multiplicity of Roles”.
14/01/2010 : Within the Frame of celebrating the
Golden Jubilee and thus launching more academic and cultural festivities at
Beirut Arab University, a lecture entitled “Beirut Arab University 1960-2010,
the Scientific, Social and Political Transformations in Lebanon and the Arab
World” was delivered by Dr. Hassan Hallak.
06/01/2010 : A discussion panel was held on January
6th , 2010 in the Media Center within the premises of Beirut Campus. Among the
participants were fourth-year students in the Faculty of Arts, the Media
