Library opening days are: Monday till Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Circulation & Circulation loan/rules

It's one of the library services that allow students to borrow an item from the library according to some rules and limitations.

Borrowers and limitations:

Borrowers category	Number of items	Loan period
Full time faculty	8	3 weeks
Part time faculty	5	2 weeks
Administrative staff	3	1 week
Undergraduate student	3	1 week
Postgraduate student	5	2 weeks

It is requested to leave the book on the table after reading it.
Some items are not to be borrowed like: Dictionaries, encyclopedias, guides, and periodicals.
Renewing items are available once, unless if it is requested by another user.
Finally, a fine is imposed on any user who is returning an overdue item, in addition to other restrictions.

Photocopying & Printing Photocopying

The libraries in Beirut Arab University provide students with photocopy machines that require magnetic cards .photocopying any document, is related to the copyright law restrictions. These cards cost 6000 L.L and allow 200 copies. Students can print any document in the library.
