Oral Presentations: The time is 20 minutes (including questions) for
oral conferences and 45 minutes (including questions) for invited
plenary lectures. In order to help us in a good progress of these days,
please send us (laas16@bau.edu.lb) the compressed PowerPoint file (max.
20 Mo) containing the slides of your presentation (thank to specify PC
or Macintosh).
Poster Session: the maximum dimensions of a poster are 90 cm wide and
120 cm high. (A0 size is preferred.) The best posters (selected by the
conference committee) will receive an award during the banquet.
Video Conference: A video conference session will be held during the
conference on Friday Nov 13 from 14.00 -16.00 Lebanon time. The IP
address will be sent to the participants upon request.
