The 2018 Fulbright Junior Faculty

Development Program

A 10 weeks program that will bring young professors from Lebanon to the United States for faculty development, mentoring, and cultural exchange activities in the fields of Rural and Economic Development and English Language from July 8 through September 16, 2018.

Field of study:

  • TEFL/Linguistics (English Language, Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), and Linguistics).
  • Rural and Economic Development (Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy).

Candidate should:

  • be Lebanese or long-term Palestinian residents in Lebanon.
  • Full-time university faculty members.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Holders of a minimum of an MA/MS degree with at least five years of university-level teaching experience OR a Ph.D. and no more than five years of university-level teaching experience. MA/MS holders who are currently enrolled in a doctoral program must possess at least three years of teaching experience.
