Under the patronage of Dr. Hani Hilal, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research in Egypt and on the occasion of the beginning of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Beirut Arab University , El Bir and Al Ihsan Association has the pleasure to congratulate the academic staff in general for the great objectives achievement accomplished by Beirut Arab University during the past prosperous 50 years.
