You do not need to apply to join the Alumni - you automatically become a member once you have graduated. However, to help improve our service it is important that you keep us updated with all your contact details.

How are the data protected?

All data are securely processing in databases and archiving in the Alumni Affairs Department. They will be treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of Beirut Arab University. Data are used for a full range of Alumni activities including distribution of university publications, the promotion of benefits and services to Alumni such as arranging discounts with selected suppliers on production through the BAU Alumni Card and notifications of Alumni events. Data may also be used in fundraising programs and for continuous learning programs in the University, that require contacts with Alumni. The data will not be passed to external organizations.
