The laboratory experiments are designed to help develop the necessary basic organic chemistry laboratory skills as well as to provide an introduction to useful organic and modern spectroscopic techniques. Synthesis and characterization of organic compounds are also conducted. Various instrumental and spectroscopic approaches are used as well for the systematic determination of prepared organic compounds. The organic laboratory is also used by General Science, Health Science, Nutrition, and Biology undergraduate students for applied experiments related to organic chemistry. It is equipped with 4 main hoods and ventilators. The laboratory is designed to illustrate the principles and practice of physical and inorganic chemistry and to introduce the students to the techniques and instruments used in modern chemical research. The synthesis and preparation of coordination compounds are performed in the laboratory. Instrumental approaches and modern spectroscopic techniques are applied to the characterization of compounds prepared. The energetics and rates of chemical reactions are also conducted in the laboratory .

Experiments in the Advanced Physics Laboratory are substantially different from those in General Physics Laboratory. They go beyond the simple demonstration of basic physical principles.

Concepts of modern physics are justified and become understandable by in-depth analysis of experimental measurments.

The Computer Laboratories in the Computer Science Department are equipped with the latest technologies in terms of hardware, software and networking equipment. It allows the students to have unprecedented hands on experience in the various software supporting the course requirements.

The Laboratory undertakes course-teaching, research, development and in a broad range of subjects within the disciplines of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Technology. Current courses areas include programming languages, computer architecture, data structure and algorithm,  database management system, distributed systems, numerical analysis, graphics and human-computer interaction, logic and semantics, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, networking and wireless communication, operating systems and virtualization, programming, security, and sustainable computing.

The Biochemistry Laboratory offers a facility to apply knowledge and skills in topics related to biochemistry field as well as to the molecular and cellular biology, and is designed for biology and biochemistry undergraduate students. In addition, the Biochemistry Laboratory is a reference laboratory for health sciences students where clinical chemistryis covered.

Topics include:
- Standard biochemical experiments including identification of biomolecules such as carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and nucleotides.
- Advanced biochemical techniques related to enzymology, metabolism, separation of biomolecules by extraction, chromatography and electrophoresis.
- Molecular and cellular biology experiments including DNA,RNA and protein extraction and manipulation, PCR,  bacterial transformation.  
- Clinical chemistry tests where a wide range of diagnostic tests on blood and urine samples are being conducted:  Tests related to carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, metabolic disorders involving electrolytes, and diseases associated with liver, cardiac and renal dysfunction.

The Zoology Laboratory provides the students with a suitable environment to develop a detailed understanding of the animal kingdom by exploring the physical, morphological and physiological characteristics of animals. The laboratory presents through its instruments an ideal place for undergraduate students to study the histology of various cells, tissues and organs.

- Dissection of vertebrate and invertebrates animals
- Exploration of the general anatomy of animals from different phyla through various slide examination and observation of animal specimens preserved in the laboratory
- Application of micro-techniques for slide preparation and staining through fixation, embedding and sectioning.
- Slide identification of various histological slide tissues and organ sections
- Identification of embryological slides and embryological stages

    - Identification of botanical slides.
    - Thw study of plant anatomy and the study of leaf morphology, roots and shoot system identification.
    - Methods for plant study including plant extraction, reducing and non-reducing sugar identification and titration
