In alignment with the university and Faculty vision of community involvement and service, The Faculty actively participated in the 26th congress of the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists that was held on the 16-18th of November, 2018 at Habtour, Beirut, Lebanon.

Prof. Abdalla Ellakany, Faculty Dean and Mrs Hanadi Jazi, Executive Administrator, in addition to faculty members attended the opening ceremony of the congress during which, Dr. George Sili, President of the Lebanese order and Mr. Ghassan Hasbani, Minister of the MOH, emphasized on the evolving role of the pharmacist in the contemporary practice and on the need for continuously adhering to the ethical and professional standards of practice by pharmacists.

Faculty members also shared their expertise through giving five talks aiming to present updates in different areas.
