Scholarships

 

- Full Scholarships









BAU annually grants a full scholarship to one of the 10 highest ranking students in each of the four branches of the Lebanese Secondary School Certificate (one from each branch). These students can also benefit from these scholarships during their undergraduate study as long as they get a CGPA of 3.33 or above.

 

- Ranking Scholarships

 

Each semester, a maximum of 5 top students, at each level of all undergraduate programs, who have completed 15 credits and above are exempted from a percentage of the subsequent semester tuition fees as follows:

-Siblings’ Scholarships

All students that have (a) sibling(s) enrolled at the undergraduate level during the same semester are eligible for a 12.5% discount on their overall tuition fees. This deduction is applicable to each one of the siblings. The total deduction of all siblings will not exceed the semester tuition fees of any of the siblings.

Awards

 

Each year, the top graduating student from each major who scores 3.33 and above and has a minimum grade "C" in each course during the enrolment period, receives the Jamal Abdel Nasser Award for Academic Distinction plus a cash prize.

 

Financial Aid

 

Every year, BAU provides direct financial support to students experiencing hardship in the form of tuition fees reductions. Students are required to apply during the period announced by the university. They are eligible to apply if they:















- have successfully completed 15 credit hours at BAU;







- have obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.00;







- have disbursed all preceding fees of the Fall semester;







- have not received any discounts or grants from any other party at BAU

Baccalaureate Scholarship

This program aims to  cover a percentage of the tuition fees of the first semester, of the newly accepted students at the faculties of Human Sciences, Science, Law & Political Science, Business Administration and the Nursing program at the faculty of Health Sciences, based on their Lebanese official baccalaureate exam results or its equivalent as shown below:

Starting the second semester, the students can maintain the scholarship according to the semester GPA:

The student will benefit from the highest scholarship received among other types offered by the university (financial aid, siblings discount or ranking scholarship).

Scholarships















Two master degree scholarships are offered annually to BAU students who:

1- are the top graduating students in each major at the undergraduate level,







2- receive a minimum CGPA of 3.33,







3- have not failed any course during the enrolment period.

The scholarship is in the form of a 50% reduction on the program tuition fees provided that they maintain the same CGPA each year.
