This course aim is to provide the students with the foundational knowledge to the complexities of the root canal system and its relation to successful endodontics. Coronal access, Canal length determination, basic and recent advances in instruments and advanced instrumentation techniques. Pulp biology, pulpal pathology: its etiology and prevention. Development of periapical diseases, classification of diseases and their signs and symptoms. Response of periradicular diseases to endodontic therapy. Endodontic diagnostic procedures.
