At the end of the course students will be able; to understand the techniques for analyzing the requirements and the availability of employees at all times throughout the organization, to apply principles related to the demand and supply of labor, to carry out Training needs assessment for the purpose of developing human resources at all times, to identify their role and responsibility in employee development process.
