BECO406-MANAGERIAL ECONOMICS (3Cr.:3Lec):

This course aims at equipping students with the knowledge and skills to tackle many of the complex strategic decisions facing modern managers. Topics to be covered include: the economics of mergers & acquisitions; strategic competition over prices, quality characteristics and capacity; profitability and entry into new industries and estimation and forecasting of demand and supply; collusion and other methods to reduce competition and the role of networks in modern economies
