Beirut Arab University organized an evening concert for Sharbel Rouhana. The concert took place at Jamal Abdul-Naser Hall, BAU, Beirut Campus on 22 December 2011 in the presence of the two deputies, Dr. Ammar Houri and Mr. Khaled Zahraman; Professor Amr Galal El-Adawi, President of BAU, Deans of Faculties, Lecturers and a crowd of students and interested people.
For more than an hour, Rouhana presented a wide range of songs and music that combined the Lebanese heritage with novelty. In his songs, he criticized immigration and urged the youth to stay in Lebanon, and criticized the sense of alienation in our society resulting from the Lebanese use of strange terms in their communication.
Rouhana thanked BAU’s administration for hosting the concert hoping that the Holiday atmosphere would prevail in all evenings.
