The ADQAC performs internal quality audit to insure that all faculties are performing their quality assurance activities according to high international standards and that the University offers a high level of student experience. The responsibilities of the ADQAC in Internal Quality Audit are:
- Supporting the educational process through assessing the inputs and outputs of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the educational process (academic staff members, non-academic staff members, students, graduates, external stakeholders…etc.).
- Leading and organizing the internal audit on-site visits to all faculties and departments at BAU’s different campuses and branches.
- Setting criteria for the internal auditing of the University as well as establishing and implementing a strategy that ensures continuity in the academic development and enhancement of quality assurance and its applications.
- Disseminating the culture of quality among all academic and administrative members of the University.
